When he
first bought Andre’s the menu was very limited, and the place was in
need of much love. The first few years were filled with many
hardships, but slowly he was able to surmount these obstacles by
putting his new ideas to use. The menu was expanded, daily specials
created, and a wait staff was added to provide a nice casual dining
experience. His main idea of using old family recipes and others he
had acquired in New York combined with the use of only the best
quality ingredients proved to be the key to success.
As a result, an Italian restaurant was created with a wide variety
of items ranging from a lengthy list of delicious appetizers,
succulent hand made pizzas, almost any kind of sub or cheese steak
anyone could want, garden fresh salads, delectable pasta entrees,
and more. |
